Ashton Wood HOA General Info
/Ashton Wood HOA consist of all volunteers who want to help keep the subdivision an exceptional place to live and own a home. The attitude and helpful nature of all the neighbors is a tremendous help to achieve this goal. The more neighbors we have join the HOA ( either Basic $120 or Full Membership $450 yearly ) helps the HOA to keep the maintenance of the areas, taxes, etc. Contact the board via the website if you need information.
The next meeting of the HOA will be on June 12 at 7PM at the pool if the weather is good.
The pothole located at the intersection of Ashton Ridge and Ironwood Briar was recently repaired by the county. Any homeowner who sees a pot hole in the subdivision does not have to wait for the HOA. You can contact Gwinnett Transportation at 770.822.7474 and give the location. We have spoken with the county about resurfacing the streets in Ashton Wood. We were advised that a list of approved resurfacing projects for 2023 will coming out shortly.
We in the process of gathering quotes for the update of the tennis courts. We are limited on our funds so we will need to stay within the budget.
The Pool Work day is scheduled for April 29th at 9AM. Take a look at the announcement for this in another news article. We need volunteers to help out with this.
Any street light that is out in Ashton Wood, you can call Jackson Call, 1-800-462-3691 and select Option 1, then follow the instructions. You will need provide the pole number of the light is installed on.
The Social Committee is working hard to bring activities to the subdivision for all age groups. There are several volunteers on the committee and each of them are enthusiastic about the plans. Watch the Ashton Wood FB page for current news on this committee.
You can receive emails from the HOA when we update the NEWS section of the website. If you are not receiving emails from HOA, please update us on your email address under CONTACT info. You will need to provide your address so that we can confirm you live within Ashton Wood.
The county commissioner who represents us is Matthew Holtkamp ( District 4 ). He is great representative and very responsive to questions and inquiries.
