"Pay Early" Deadline Extended to May 1st

Dear neighbors,

Due to the ongoing concerns and financial uncertainty surrounding COVID-19, the Ashton Wood HOA Board is extending the “early pay” deadline for HOA Basic and Swim/Tennis memberships until May 1, 2020.   This means that the HOA basic early rate of $85 and the swim/tennis early rate of $385 are now applicable as long as they are postmarked by May 1, 2020.  At this time, payments postmarked after May 1 will be $90 and $415 respectively.

As always, thank you for your ongoing support of the Ashton Wood HOA.

You and Your Dog - Be a Good Neighbor

If you have a dog in the neighborhood, please be considerate of your neighbors by being sure to have them on a leash when out in the neighborhood away from your property. Also, please bring what you need to “scoop the poop” when taking your dog on a walk. Another way to be considerate regarding man’s best friend is to monitor their noise level when outside, as persistent barking dogs can really be an unwelcome occurrence at any time of day or night.

Thank you for your kind attention to this way of being a good neighbor!
